“Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to him with songs of praise! For the LORD is a great God, and a great King above all gods.” Psalm 95:2-3
Here is something to consider as we prepare to gather with our church family. God wants to use YOU to encourage and build up this community. God will speak to us through his word, yes. But he also uses his people to demonstrate his grace, love, and care. You (yes you!) are called to be an active participant, both in receiving from the Lord and being used by him as we respond.
How might he do this through you?
– Singing with engagement
– Encouraging a friend
– Reaching out to someone new
– Giving a public prayer or word
– Practically serving someone
– A gracious challenge
The list goes on.
As we prepare to gather, let us pray that God would use us to strengthen his people.
Caleb will lead our times of singing and Curt Allen, pastor at Solid Rock Church in Maryland, will preach from Luke 17:11-19.
