If you have financial restrictions, please email for scholarship details.

Good Friday Service, April 14: Our annual Good Friday service will be on April 14 at 7 pm. We gather to consider Jesus’ death and the significance of his sacrifice for us in anticipation of Easter on Sunday, April 16.

Baptism Sunday, May 7: Following our return from the retreat, we are excited to hold a baptism service on Sunday, May 7th! If you have never been baptized as a believer, please reach out to Jordan ( to get more information. If able to assist with setup or takedown, please let Tyler Robinson know.

— Music Team Quarterly Training Night – For all current and prospective musicians and vocalists, we will be having our quarterly training night this Thursday night, 7:30-9:00pm at the church building. These are important opportunities for us to be taught, encouraged, and challenged in the roles we play as a music team. Please make it a priority to attend!

— Women’s Art Exhibit, THIS SATURDAY: The Redeemer Women’s Committee invites you to a night of art and reflection on Saturday, April 1st. Join us for desserts, coffee, fellowship, and a special art gallery at 7:00pm featuring works by female members of our church. Our hope is to look back on our corporate study of Genesis and the idea of “Beginnings” in our faith through art and conversation. The gallery will feature pieces that interpret the idea of “Beginnings.” Through a casual program we will engage, individually and collectively, with the idea of our beginnings and God’s role in them.

A suggested $5 donation at the door is requested. All works will be available for purchase. April 1st- Riddick Hall- Redeemer Church of Arlington @ AUMC, 716 S. Glebe Road, Arlington, Virginia

— Walk|Run|Ride, April 22nd: Redeemer has been partnering with our local pregnancy center, Assist Pregnancy Center, for several years. Assist operates solely on donations from the community, and the annual Walk|Run|Ride is one of its two biggest fundraisers. You and your family/roommates/CG can form a team, or you can do it alone – by running or walking the 5K course along the W&OD trail, or biking the 12-mile course along the same trail. Sign up, and then ask friends and family to support you financially as you support Assist! Mike and I, and our kids, will be there, so let us know if you sign up! In order to track participants, please sign up at the link below, and choose “Laura Icardi” as your liaison, and “Redeemer” as your church. You can email me with any questions: Link to sign up: Walk/Run/Ride for LIFE 2017 | Event Page

SERVANT SHOUTOUT, by Jackie Black (nominated by Jordan Kauflin): Routine serving is one of the biggest blessings and services individuals can give Redeemer (I see you CM volunteers).

John Hauser has routinely and regularly (multiple times a month!) given time and service to Redeemer by playing the drums for us on Sunday morning! This is not just a 10:30 am commitment, but John participates in practices and comes early on Sunday morning for rehearsal. He jumped into serving and has adapted quickly to different teams and fellow musicians. Thank you, John for how you give time and talent to our worship!

–See something? Say something! Give me a shout of who is serving:
