SERVANT SHOUTOUT, by Jackie Black: Last week we enjoyed summer weather, good food, fun fellowship, even an uninvited snake friend! The anniversary picnic is a regular highlight for many and this year, we had a beautiful host of help – releasing me from coordinating details which my summer brain GREATLY appreciated.

THANK YOU, Jamey Dodd, Alanna Ross, Mace Shadid, and Emily Strother! These ladies problem solved, logistically coordinated, smiled, and handled curve balls! I greatly appreciated that my event planning brain could sabbath because these ladies volunteered and pursued me on how to help! Their help began the week prior and extended past the picnic to clean up (along with the always lovely and serving Laura Settle!). Thank YOU ladies!
