The Lord is my strength and my shield;
in him my heart trusts, and I am helped;
my heart exults,
and with my song I give thanks to him.
The Lord is the strength of his people;
he is the saving refuge of his anointed.
This Sunday we have the joy of coming together to sing, study God’s word, and take communion.
The focus of our time will be centered around God as our strength and shield. We will take time to lament and ask that God would make all things right in this world. We will also sing about his perfect faithfulness and power. Jon is going to help us consider #whoisthis as we look at Luke 11:1-4, where Jesus teaches his disciples how to pray. Finally, we will take communion as a family, remembering that God has reconciled us to himself and each other.
Please pray that God would be glorified as we gather.
