TOMORROW in Redeemer CM: GPTV EXPLORER! Our 3rd – 5th grade kiddos are downstairs today for the whole service. The GPTV crew will be hearing about the Great Commission with guest speaker, Jon Smith. The good news about what Jesus has done to rescue us from our sins is too great to keep to ourselves. Before Jesus went back to heaven, He gave the disciples a job to do. Jesus wants His followers to teach people everywhere about Jesus so they will trust in Him as their Lord and Savior.

Food drop off is at 6pm, and tables hosts would need to arrive at 6:15 and stay until the event ends around 9. The event is located in Annandale (8220 Little River Turnpike, Annandale VA). Please email Katheryn Wolfe ( for more details if you are interested in serving!

SERVANT SHOUTOUT, by Jackie Black: I have been in denial for a while… but Tyler and Aimee Robinson are moving this month.

No shoutout is sufficient for capturing all they have done to invest, care, carry, and serve Redeemer. Without pause or selfish consideration, they both have been models of servant sacrifice. Tyler is Redeemer’s most tenured deacon and has ensured the smooth running of Sundays (and my sanity) for years. Which equivalent to decades outside of transient DC. Aimee has faithfully assisted and supported Tyler with any Sunday surprises. She is a master of organized – and was the key person behind our storage areas organization. She also has served as communion coordinator.  Although they prefer behind the scenes, their work and serving is evident and we are deeply grateful for their example to Redeemer. THANK YOU, and you will be sorely missed.
